Second attempt on a Dragonball character. This time: Vegeta! I kind of like how he turned out.
It's just a portrait, as always. Trying to play around with light, shadow and colour.

It is amazing to see how artists evolved their art work and combine different kinds of techniques and defiantly not to mention, style. The more I stare at this image the more I get attracted to it. I love the way you brought the character to life and the paint work really expresses the character's emotions and deep feelings. When it comes to the lighting, it really compliments the skin tone and I find that very pleasing. However, unlike the details on the skin; the cloths and hair look very unrealistic to me, it is not balanced. In other words, I find the skin more realistic than the other details in this piece. Last but not least, the chest part. I realized that there are dots on the character's chest, it does not match nor blend with the skin,sadly. I strongly believe overall, this is an amazing art work, very realistic very deep. I hope you respect my point of view on your art work. Good job, keep doing what you're doing, a little detail here and there and you've found yourself a winner.

He actually looks really good, cute somehow. You really managed to keep his looks and make him realistic, some people just make him look weird when trying for this style, but I really like how he turned out. Especially his eyes <3

It is certainly very good, but I have to angry with others in that it doesn't capture Vegeta's normal scowl. This reminds me a bit of when he was about to sacrifice himself and he was telling Trunks he loved him etc. Vegeta in his soft fatherly moments. He looks kinda sad to me in this rather than angry.
